Privacy Notice
Last Updated: August 2026 • Policy Rev 1.0
1. Core Privacy Philosophy
Granwel believes enterprise software companies must treat privacy as an engineering baseline, not a marketing claim. The granwel.com website operates on a static, privacy-preserving architecture designed to minimize data collection to the absolute technical minimum required for secure delivery.
2. No Tracking, No Third-Party Telemetry
When you visit granwel.com:
- No advertising trackers: We do not deploy Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixels, LinkedIn Insights, or ad tracking pixels.
- No session recording: We do not run invasive behavioral recording tools (such as Hotjar or FullStory).
- No third-party font or script CDNs: All typography, styles, and vector assets are self-hosted from the canonical origin domain.
- No non-essential cookies: The website does not store tracking cookies in your browser.
3. Infrastructure Delivery & Security Logs
To ensure availability, defend against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and enforce secure TLS termination, standard edge connection metadata (such as client IP address, user agent, request URI, and HTTP response code) is processed transiently by our CDN infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages). This processing is strictly necessary for legitimate security interests and network defense under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
4. Direct Communications
If you contact Granwel directly via email (contact@granwel.com, security@granwel.com, or legal@granwel.com), we retain the communication history solely to evaluate, respond to, and fulfill your inquiry or preview request. We never sell, rent, or trade contact information to third parties.
5. Data Subject Rights
Under applicable data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any personal communication data held by Granwel. To exercise these rights, contact legal@granwel.com.
6. Updates to This Notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in legal requirements or product milestones. Any revisions will be published directly to this canonical URL with an updated revision date.
